INFORMATION & ASSISTANCE

We provide confidential counseling, assistance, and advocacy relating to Medicare, private health insurance, and additional benefits.

Our trained staff will listen to questions, provide information on resources and services available, and, if needed, refer you to the appropriate agency.
IN-HOME SERVICES

With our Homemaker and Attendant Care Programs, we're committed to keeping you in your home as long as possible.

We can help with daily tasks like vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation. We have trained CMA's to assist with bathing and medication management under the supervision of a registered nurse.
General Public Transportation - all ages. We are a Medicaid transportation provider. Call your insurance provider and request Rice County Council on Aging. Information & Assistance for Rice County residents 60+ with Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Part D drug plans, & more. Plus, Light Housekeeping & Attendant Care service. All are available at the Rice County Council on Aging & Quivira Transit, call 620.257.5153.
