Provides confidential counseling, assistance and advocacy relating to Medicare, private health insurance, and additional benefits.
Trained staff will listen to questions, provide information on resources and services available and if needed, refer you to the appropriate agency.
With our Homemaker and Attendant Care Programs, we're committed to keeping you in your home as long as possible.
We can help with daily tasks like vacuuming, laundry and meal preparation, along with bathing and medication management under the supervision of a registered nurse.
